Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all promotional services provided by GROWVEXA MARKETING SOLUTION ("GrowVexa", "we", "us", or "our"), an established digital growth and social media solutions provider operating in Pakistan.

GrowVexa supplies promotional engagement metrics, audience expansion signals, follower counts, video views, likes, YouTube subscribers, watch hours, and WhatsApp Channel members across supported global platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

GrowVexa operates strictly under a zero-credential framework:

• Zero Password Mandate: We will never ask for your personal account passwords, recovery emails, two-factor authentication (2FA) SMS codes, or login sessions.
• Public Endpoint Delivery: All services are delivered exclusively through external public URLs or publicly accessible handles (e.g. https://instagram.com/your_username or https://tiktok.com/@creator/video/123).
• Security Warning: If any party claiming to represent GrowVexa requests your password, decline immediately and report it to our official WhatsApp desk at +92 328 6812082.

To ensure error-free fulfillment, the customer assumes full responsibility for the following:

• Account Must Remain Public: The target profile, post, video, or channel must remain set to PUBLIC for the entire duration of the order until delivery is marked as "Completed".
• No Username Alterations: Do not change your social media username or channel handle while an order is actively marked as "Processing". Changing your handle breaks the delivery node link and renders the order unrecoverable without refund.
• Accurate Link Submission: Ensure the link is pasted accurately. GrowVexa dispatch servers automate fulfillment based on the exact destination provided in the order form.

All rates are calculated and invoiced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Manual Verification Queue: Orders transition to "Processing" once our operational audit verifies the payment receipt.
• Optional Transaction Reference (TID): Entering a TID is completely optional as long as a clear, legible payment receipt screenshot is uploaded.
• Fraud Prevention: Submission of forged, edited, or reused payment receipts will result in immediate blacklisting and order cancellation without recourse.

To maintain the integrity and longevity of client accounts:

• Graduated Pacing: Larger orders (e.g. 5,000+ followers or 50,000+ views) are paced naturally over intervals of hours or days to mirror organic growth and avoid algorithmic flagging.
• Refill Protection: Services tagged with "Refill Guarantee" (30 Days or 60 Days) include free restoration if delivered audience numbers drop below the ordered threshold during the warranty window.
• Refill Execution: Submit your Order ID (e.g. SV-78210) to our WhatsApp support team to initiate automatic refill verification.

GrowVexa reserves the right to reject orders targeted towards profiles or content that promote:

• Gambling, betting, unauthorized lottery schemes, or financial fraud.
• Adult, sexually explicit, defamatory, or abusive material.
• Hate speech, terrorism, religious provocation, or content violating Pakistani Cyber Laws (PECA).

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), ByteDance (TikTok), or Google LLC (YouTube). All registered platform trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective copyright holders and are used solely for descriptive identification of service compatibility.
